Goymour Homes is a family owned and family run business. The company has been involved in the property business, in Norfolk and Suffolk , since the 1920's. The company still owns a sizeable residential property portfolio within a 50 mile radius of its base at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The extensive portfolio also contains several commercial premises within the same area, consisting of shops and warehouse units.
Goymour has always been involved in the letting of its own, and third party residential homes, and since the beginning of 2000 has embarked on an exciting redevelopment programme of updating its own houses and developing green and brown field sites, building new homes for sale. These new build properties range from starter homes to executive 4 bedroom developments.
The company is a registered NHBC (National House Building Council) builder and developer, and a member of The Federation of Master Builders.
