Midwinter Koval was formed in 2002 as a merger of the two largest residential lettings agencies in the region, Perry’s and North Devon Property Lettings. It is now the largest residential letting agency in the West Country. We aspire to the highest standards of professionalism and are committed to providing the best possible service for all of our clients, be they landlords, tenants or vendors.

Both of the original founding companies have been trading successfully for many years, and since the merger, Midwinter Koval has in excess of 550 houses and flats under management.

The sales department has been developing as a specialist in the sale of buy-to-let property of all kinds. We look after property on behalf of over 450 different landlords, many of whom are looking to expand their portfolios if the right property becomes available.

As well as having three directors actively involved in the day to day running of the business, we also employ very experienced office staff, who, for the most part, have been with the founder companies for many years. Their friendly, personal approach ensures excellent communications with ALL OF OUR landlords and tenants.

In addition to the above, from our long experience in the field, we have built up strong working relationships with local tradesmen ensuring quick, reliable service and long term solutions.
