Let Only Service

Where we will select and install a suitable Tenant, which includes escorted viewings, referencing (including credit checks), transfer of public utilities, collection of first rent and deposit and preparation of detailed inventory. All documentation is then provided to the Client in a pack for their ongoing management. Note; when we prepare the inventory we also undertake to complete the checkout at no extra charge when the Tenant vacates.

Rent Collection Service

All the above is undertaken and we also remain responsible to collect the rent and account this to the Client on a monthly in advance basis.

Full Management Service

By far the most popular, since the Client has peace of mind knowing that we in effect step into the Clients shoes and organise the complete management of the property. This includes liaising when repairs are required and overseeing/inspecting work, carrying out inspections and reporting back, arranging legally required safety checks. Of course if Clients have their own contractors for repairs and safety checks we are more than happy to call them instead of our own team.
