In April 2000 Andrew Harvey, managing director formed the Financial Advice Centre at Hamley’s Corner in Par. He was responsible for expanding the company which now has five offices and six financial advisors. The Financial Advice Centre has worked hard to establish a reputation for honest straight forward advice and has now become one of the largest Independent Financial advice practices in Cornwall. In November 2008 Andrew and his wife Patricia opened a sister company, FAC Properties which is a lettings company.

Building the success of this venture at Hamley’s Corner, Par, FAC have expanded their residential sales business into Bodmin. Andrew also included the plan for Bodmin with the inception of FAC Properties, the lettings arm of the company. The reasoning was simple, the town of Bodmin is situated in Mid Cornwall enabling FAC to expand its portfolio of sales and establish itself in residential lettings. From the Bodmin base we can reach coast to coast in Mid Cornwall.

FAC are now an established sales and lettings agency in Bodmin with exciting plans for the future. Andrew has employed experienced Residential Sales Manager, Malcolm Khan and Lettings Manager Neil Swann. Andrew said “We have great plans for the Bodmin office over the coming months and years. We have employed two very experienced managers, complete with experienced staff demonstrating a long term commitment to Bodmin. We have been successful in achieving sales from St Austell to Bodmin and the Clay Villages to Liskeard.
